Mitchell, Smith Move To The Front Of QB Race
8/18/2008 - DALLAS (SMU) - The SMU Mustangs kicked off their third week of preseason camp on Monday, August 18, with a focused, but wet, practice in Gerald J. Ford Stadium. After practice, Head Coach June Jones announced that true freshmen Bo Levi Mitchell and Braden Smith had separated themselves and would be the top two quarterbacks heading into the season opener at Rice on August 29th.
